Position: Veterinary Dermatologist |
Job Description:
The Dermatology Center for Animals (DCA) is seeking a board-certified dermatologist; board-eligible dermatologists completing their training are also welcome to apply. Want to work part-time? No problem.
Up to $25,000 Sign-on Bonus available.
Schedule: make your own schedule! Only want to work 3 days a week? That's ok. Want to work 4 or 5 days? That's ok too! You choose. Located in the heart of Seattle’s South Lake Union, DCA was founded in December 2014 and is privately owned. We are supported by numerous, nearby veterinary clinics that have strong knowledge of dermatology and who value early patient referrals. We also receive numerous, regular, referrals from within the state. DCA has built a very strong reputation in Washington State for referrals regarding the work up and treatment of aural masses and otitis media/interna. We currently average ~6-8 ear mass removal and/or myringotomy procedures per month. Location: |
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
|
Position: Veterinary Dermatologist |
Job Description:
Approachable, forward-thinking, Board - Certified Dermatologist wanted.
ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital (Palm Beach County) has specialists in critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, anesthesiology, surgery, neurology, ophthalmology, and oncology, all engaging with clients, sharing cases, prepping staff, and getting things done. Now we’re looking for a board-certified Dermatologist to join us and help build a leading veterinary team. Naturally, we need someone who will feel at home with us, and if the below points appeal to you, please give us a call to find out how a move to our hospital could be one of the best calls you ever make. Changemakers are welcomed! The vet industry is shifting – there’s no doubt about it. Accelerating advances in technology, the business impacts of Covid, small practices tangling with large veterinary corporations, new business models, and client expectations are all changing the game. This is why everyone at ACCESS Palm Beach County – which is owned by hands-on, onsite veterinarians – works hard to support forward thinking doctors who provide quality medicine through adaptation, innovation, and drive. If you are one of these go-getters and need a team to get behind you, we’re ready. Our name matters! ACCESS – which is an acronym for Advanced Critical Care, Emergency & Specialty Services – was founded by Rich Mills, DVM, DACVECC (one of the nicest guys in the industry). Rich built a well-regarded specialty and emergency group in Southern California with a simple mission: Team up with doctors and staff who are passionate about providing the best possible medicine, who understand the value of collaborating with peers and staff, who frown on bureaucracy, and who love working with people. Sounds like you? Hop aboard. Your insight and suggestions are valued. In April, we opened our purpose-built 20,000 sq. ft. hospital in Palm Beach County, FL which must be seen to be believed. What’s better than having corridors wide enough for two gurneys to pass each other with space in between? We also have state-of-the-art equipment and the facilities one would expect from a multi-million dollar specialty animal hospital,* and are open to expanding in different directions. As such, we believe that few people are more qualified to make change than our doctors, and we always encourage those who are willing to challenge the status quo and lead the charge. * Among other things, our hospital includes an in-house laboratory, multi-parameter monitoring devices, two digital radiology suites, a full complement of ultrasound equipment, an endoscopy suite, fluoroscopy with a neurovascular package, and top of the line CT and MRI machines. One of our five large operating rooms is equipped for minimally invasive surgery, and another for fluoroscopy and interventional radiology. Our emergency room and ICU are in separate areas with the ER having its own operating room for minor procedures. We also have separate canine and feline intermediate care wards as well as an I131 ward. Not familiar with our location? Don’t worry… The benefits of working with us in Palm Beach County, Florida, are numerous and best shared in person. Here are just a few: • We have no state income tax. Yes, you read that correctly. Zip. Nada. Zero state income tax! • We have affordable large inland properties and waterfront housing with a relatively lower cost of living than many other coastal states. • More than 200 days of sunshine means more time on the endless beaches, scuba diving, boating, fishing, or enjoying many other outdoor activities. • Wonderfully diverse, Florida offers the kind of melting pot that adds a unique flavor to anyone’s lifestyle. • There are so many other cool things we can’t list them all, but a few minutes on Google will have you wanting to come visit us. A full package… We offer highly competitive compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes generous PTO, a 401K with matching, and excellent health benefits. If relocation is required, we offer financial assistance to qualified candidates, including a designated relocation specialist who can introduce you to new neighborhoods, community services, and all the things needed to help make you feel at home in no time at all. Act today!
As always, total confidentiality is assured.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO

Position: Veterinary Dermatologist |
Job Description:
Animal Allergy and Dermatology of Colorado is looking for a third Board-Certified Veterinary Dermatologist to join our team!
Would you like less itch and more wag in your life? We certainly do. That’s why we are looking for a third board certified veterinary dermatologist to join our growing team at Animal Allergy and Dermatology of Colorado (AADC). We’re a privately and locally owned practice with a friendly, close-knit team, and well-established pet-loving client base. We have the pleasure of calling beautiful Colorado Springs with its stunning mountains our home while serving the community as the only board-certified veterinary dermatology practice in Southern Colorado. U.S. News ranked Colorado Springs as the 6th BEST PLACE to live in the United States for 2021/2022!
We Are Trusted AADC was established as a private specialty veterinary dermatology practice in 2010 by Dr. Jackie Campbell. We have spent the last decade building relationships with an incredible network of general practice and specialty veterinarians throughout Colorado to ensure the best possible care for our patients. In 2020, we welcomed Dr. Jennifer Petersen as our second board-certified dermatologist to join our team and are looking forward to continued growth with a third associate!
We adore our patients and clients – and they love us too! We are deeply committed to our pet-loving community and have grown a large and thriving client base. Many clients come to us because of our stellar word-of-mouth reputation. We truly enjoy what we do and believe this makes the biggest difference in how we run our practice.
We Care For Each Other Our team works together synergistically. We have five veterinary technicians, four of which are certified. We also have highly communicative assistants and receptionists, who, along with our practice manager and rest of our team, work to ensure our practice is running efficiently and that we have what is needed to thrive. We shine with our team’s core values – working together as passionate team players that keep respect at the forefront and building relationships through open and honest communication. We believe that caring for each other as a team is equally as important as caring for our clients and patients.
Our Practice and Veterinary Campus Our office has evolved as we continue to grow and our newest location has 4 examination rooms, a surgical suite, Storz otoscope, Aesculight surgical laser, cryosurgery equipment, pharmacy, and designated office space for each of our doctors. Our practice is technology-friendly, and we run a paperless office utilizing mac-based software and take advantage of portability with laptops and iPad use.
We’re conveniently located on a trusted veterinary campus called the Veterinary Specialty Center (VSC) which includes a range of boarded specialists and emergency veterinarians with whom we share a working relationship and clients, while still maintaining our own private office space.
Perhaps the best part about our office is that we are located at the heart of Colorado Springs – a highly desirable community that boasts a breathtaking mountain range, endless hiking trails, a wonderful moderate climate for all outdoor activities, and stunning views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods.
All That’s Missing is YOU! We are looking for a Board-Certified or residency trained Veterinary Dermatologist (DACVD). Our ideal candidate is a kind and compassionate individual who values a collaborative approach, adores their clients, patients, and team, and strives to educate the pet-loving community about pet allergies and skin issues. We are looking for a positive, adaptable, and open communicator, who is self-driven, demonstrates enthusiasm for growing a business, and embraces new ideas.
Along with a competitive base salary we are committed to a healthy work/life balance, and offer additional benefits including a MacBook computer, continuing education, health benefits, and paid time off.
