Looking to Work with the Best?
NorthStar VETS is seeking a Dermatologist to join its team!

NorthStar VETS is an award-winning veterinary specialty and emergency hospital committed to being the best in one of the nation's busiest parts of the country. With so many pets in the area, our Dermatology service has a huge unmet demand. This is why NorthStar VETS is expanding its team!

Because NorthStar VETS is one of the last privately-held specialty practices in the tri-state area, the culture is different than you'll find at corporate hospitals. The atmosphere is collaborative, meaning that you'd have direct access to many veterinary specialists in over a dozen specialties with whom to consult, and this is encouraged with daily morning cage-side rounds. You will also receive many in-house referrals because the team works so closely together. This team also ranks nationally as one of the best for referring veterinarian satisfaction. You should also know that NorthStar VETS does not offer general medicine and has no residents or interns, which means your immediate colleagues would all be trained veterinary professionals at the top of their game.

Veterinarians at NorthStar VETS enjoy a nice work-life balance, a tuition reimbursement program, money for continuing education, a higher than average support-staff-to-doctor ratio, friendly and helpful coworkers, management who listens, plus great pay and other benefits. Position: Veterinary Dermatologist
Job Description:

VRCC Specialty and Emergency Hospital is currently seeking a third veterinary dermatologist to join our team! Candidates must be board certified, or residency trained, veterinary dermatologists who are licensed to practice in the US. The position can be full-time or part-time.

The dermatology/ allergy department has an incredible staff, which includes 2 board certified veterinary dermatologists, 4 full-time technicians, a veterinary technician assistant and 2 client service representatives. Combined, our dermatology technicians and technician assistant have ~50 years of experience in veterinary dermatology. The dermatology department has 3 dedicated microscopes and a new Storz video otoscope. Also available are CT scan, MRI, digital radiography, cryotherapy and more. Bonus: Antech Laboratories is located upstairs in our building!

VRCC is located in Englewood, Colorado, which is located in the south Denver metro area. VRCC is a well-established and respected specialty and emergency hospital. Other specialties in the hospital include internal medicine, surgery, neurology, ophthalmology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, cardiology, dentistry, anesthesiology and a 24-hour emergency service. We offer a very competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes PTO, continuing education allowance, reimbursement of membership dues and licensing fees, as well as professional liability insurance coverage.

Colorado is a beautiful state. The Denver-metro area has more sunny days per year than places like San Diego or Miami Beach. Denver is in a semi-arid climate, with typically less than 16 inches of precipitation per year. (www.petdermatology.com) is looking for another talented, energetic, dynamic Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist with strong clinical, diagnostic and interpersonal skills. We are a very well established, busy practice in the heart of Silicon Valley. We have been serving the greater Bay Area since 1998 with a wide and extensive referral community and deep personal relationships with our referral veterinarians (both general veterinary hospitals and other specialists). Our clients are educated, motivated and interesting individuals and it is our pleasure to work with them – finding solutions for each individual case. We are looking for a part-time OR full-time dermatologist for a 4 day work week (no weekends or holidays). We moved into a new custom built office in 2013 that can easily handle 3-4 doctors on staff. Compensation and benefits include (but are not limited to) a generous salary base (bi-monthly) based on experience as well as a bonus paid as a quarterly commission, 401K plan, CE stipend, vacation, health insurance, dental plan, vision plan, AVMA liability insurance, uniforms, local VMA membership, state license reimbursement, VIN membership and a relocation stipend.
Ownership/partnership for the right individual is an option.

Why not come and see what we have to offer? Northern California is a wonderful place to strike the right balance of personal and professional. We are ideally located with easy access to many outdoor wonders, amazing job opportunities, and world class cities. Stanford University is just 5 miles away (including the world acclaimed Stanford Hospital and Medical School).
